Chief Executive Officer
Brian is responsible for SIMCO’s overall growth, strategy, and culture. He joined SIMCO in 2007 and served as President, Regional Vice President, Director of Technical Operations, and Director of Software Sales & Marketing before being appointed CEO. Brian currently serves on the Board of Directors of A2LA.
Chief Financial Officer
Marie-France is responsible for managing the finance and accounting departments.
Prior to joining SIMCO, Marie-France was CFO at iTradeNetwork, CFO at Lextine Software, and VP Finance at Ditech Networks. She has also held finance management positions at Redback Networks, E*TRADE, and Raychem.
Marie-France is active in her community as part of the Orchard Valley Chapter of the National Charity League and holds a B.S. in Finance from California State University, San Jose.
Chief Commercial Officer
John is responsible for driving SIMCO’s growth and championing the voice of the customer. He joined SIMCO in 2008. John’s prior roles within SIMCO were Senior VP of Services and General Manager of Software.
Prior to SIMCO, John held executive positions at several Silicon Valley start-ups, including BigBand Networks and DiviCom. He also held engineering and management positions at AT&T Bell Labs and contributed to advances in telephones, network computing devices, and digital switching systems.
John holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Rutgers University and a Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Purdue University. He also completed an Executive Development program at Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.
Vice President of Worldwide Sales
John is responsible for business development and sales for SIMCO Electronics. John has over 25 years of experience providing technology solutions to global technology companies. Since joining SIMCO, John has held positions of Vice President Business Development, National Sales Manager, Regional Sales Manager, and Business Development Executive.
Prior to SIMCO, John held positions in sales, operations, and strategy for several technology and service companies, including Sales Manager and General Manager at SE Laboratories in Silicon Valley.
Vice President of Business Development
Scott is responsible for driving SIMCO’s sales at the enterprise level, leading the business development team to deliver enterprise-wide calibration, repair and software solutions to the world’s largest technology manufacturers.
With over 20 years of calibration industry experience, Scott has held numerous leadership positions at the company since joining in 1999 as an account manager at SIMCO's Greensboro, NC laboratory. He was a key contributor to the design and success of SIMCO’s CERDAAC software for multi-site enterprise customers who must comply with regulations and quality standards. Scott also recently served as Vice President of Strategic Business Development at Transcat Inc for a number of years.
Scott received a BA in History from the University of North Carolina - Wilmington.
Vice President of Software and Information Systems
Frank is responsible for SIMCO’s commercial and service business software and information technology.
Before rejoining SIMCO in 2015 for this position, Frank was VP of Sales and VP of the Western Region at SIMCO from 2002 to 2008. He has also served as Services Technology Engineering Manager at Keysight Technologies.
Previously, he held executive management positions at two emerging RFID companies.
Frank earned a BSEE from Arizona State University and has taken graduate business courses at the University of Colorado. He has also completed other studies at Stanford University and the Lausanne Polytechnic Institute.
Vice President, Contracts & Taxes
Bradford is responsible for contracts and taxes. Previously, as SIMCO’s Chief Financial Officer from 1987 through 2015, Bradford's financial leadership was critical to SIMCO’s funding its rapid growth while maintaining a strong financial foundation.
Prior to joining SIMCO, Bradford held financial positions at Loral Corporation and auditing positions at Price Waterhouse and CertainTeed Corporation. He earned CPA certificates in New York and Pennsylvania and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree (Cum Laude) from Temple University. Bradford served as a US Navy Supply Corps officer from 1970-1973 and as a reserve officer from 1973-1993.
Director of Administration
As the Director of Administration, Marianne oversees SIMCO’s Human Resource Department and manages administrative services for SIMCO’s Executive Staff. She joined SIMCO in 2010.
Marianne has over thirty years of experience in the electronics industry, including positions at Telogy and U.S. Instrument Rentals. She attended San Jose State University and majored in Business Administration.
Director of Corporate Quality & Operational Excellence
Randy is responsible for the management and execution of SIMCO’s Quality Management System. With over 20 years of Metrology experience, Randy has held a number of key management positions since joining SIMCO in 2007, including Quality Manager, Phoenix Operations Supervisor, Texas Area Manager, and Southwest Area Director.
Before SIMCO, Randy was a Metrology Technician for Verizon's Primary Calibration Lab and a Test, Measurement, and Diagnostic Equipment Maintenance Specialist in the U.S. Army. Randy is a member of ASQ and earned an Associate of Applied Science degree in Electronic Technology.
Before becoming Executive Chairman in 2015, Lee had been CEO and Chairman of the Board since joining SIMCO in 1983. Under Lee’s leadership, SIMCO became a trusted provider of high-quality services and software to thousands of companies, including many of the world’s leading technology manufacturers.
Before joining SIMCO, Lee led FMC Corporation’s expansion in Asia and South America as Director of International Marketing. Lee is past President of the World Presidents’ Organization’s Northern California Chapter and past President of the Pacific Skyline Council of the Boy Scouts of America.
Lee earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering with Distinction from Duke University and a Master of Business Administration degree from Harvard Business School. He received the Bronze Star Medal for service in Vietnam as a Lieutenant in the United States Army.
