Military Transition Opportunities (DoD/DoW SkillBridge)

SIMCO Electronics supports the Department of Defense/War SkillBridge program, helping active-duty service members transition into civilian careers.

SkillBridge allows service members to gain real-world work experience during their final 180 days of active duty while continuing to receive military pay and benefits.

Participants work alongside SIMCO technicians and gain hands-on experience in calibration and precision measurement.

SkillBridge Calibration Technician Internship

SIMCO offers Calibration Technician internships through the DoD/DoW SkillBridge program at multiple locations across the United States.

This opportunity is available only to active-duty military personnel approved for the SkillBridge program.

Participants may:

Learn calibration and metrology fundamentals
Work with advanced measurement equipment
Support industries such as aerospace, medical devices, and manufacturing
Develop skills that translate into civilian technical careers
