Calibration Service Options
From in-lab and onsite calibration to embedded labs, managed services, and instrument exchange programs, SIMCO provides flexible solutions to keep your equipment accurate, compliant, and ready for use.

In-Lab Calibration
SIMCO provides ISO/IEC 17025-accredited in-lab calibration services for a broad range of test, measurement, and process equipment. In-lab service gives customers access to SIMCO’s controlled environments, specialized standards, technical resources, and efficient calibration workflows.
To help reduce disruption, equipment can be picked up, delivered, shipped, or dropped off directly at SIMCO locations based on your operational needs. Nationwide service coverage, responsive turnaround, and industry-recognized procedures help regulated organizations maintain compliant, audit-ready equipment.
For time-sensitive equipment, SIMCO also offers Next-On-Bench priority service, helping qualified instruments move to the front of the calibration queue once received. This option is designed to reduce downtime when critical assets need faster in-lab turnaround.
Onsite Calibration
While in-lab calibration is often the preferred service path for the broadest capabilities, controlled conditions, and efficient turnaround, onsite support can be appropriate for permanently installed, production-integrated, high-volume, or difficult-to-move equipment.
SIMCO helps determine the right service path based on instrument type, calibration requirements, operational impact, and compliance needs, helping your team maintain traceable calibration programs while minimizing unnecessary disruption.

Embedded Calibration Support
By bringing calibration support closer to the point of use, SIMCO helps reduce equipment movement, improve turnaround consistency, prioritize critical assets, and minimize disruption to daily operations. Embedded support also improves program control by keeping calibration activity aligned with production schedules, quality requirements, and audit expectations.
Managed Outside Services
Through one accountable partner, SIMCO coordinates vendor management, procurement, logistics, quality review, documentation, reporting, and follow-up. This helps reduce the administrative burden on your team while supporting compliant, traceable calibration programs.
SIMCO also helps manage the operational details that often slow down outside service work, including quotes, purchase orders, shipping, certificate review, status updates, and issue resolution. The result is greater visibility, fewer handoffs, and a more controlled process for managing specialized calibration and repair needs.

C.A.R.E. (Calibration Asset Replacement Exchange)
Designed for remote locations, field service teams, and operationally critical environments, the program helps maintain instrument availability, compliance readiness, and continuous operational support across distributed assets.
Choose the Right Calibration Service Model
Whether you need pickup and delivery, onsite calibration, in-lab service, embedded support, or managed service coordination, SIMCO can help match the service model to your operational needs.
