Biography
Doug leads SIMCO’s operations, leveraging over two decades of military and supply chain experience to drive operational excellence and efficiency.
Before joining SIMCO, Doug spent over a decade with Amazon.com in several different areas of their operations and supply chain. Prior to his time at Amazon, Doug served eight years as a Field Artillery officer in the US Army with two combat deployments to Iraq. He has a proven track record of leading large teams to achieve exceptional results from launching and scaling operations, to achieving safety, quality, cost, and capacity goals.
Doug holds a Bachelor of Science from the United States Military Academy and an MBA from The Neeley School of Business at Texas Christian University.
