Biography
Walter Kromm leads SIMCO’s customer success organization, helping ensure customers receive responsive communication, reliable service coordination, and calibration support aligned with their compliance and operational needs.
Walter brings decades of technical, operational, and leadership experience to his role. He began his career in quality and engineering roles at Symbol Technologies, John Fluke Manufacturing, and AEL Defense, and served in the U.S. Air Force for 17 years. Since joining SIMCO in 1996, he has held key leadership roles, including Program Manager for Metrology Engineering at NASA Langley, before becoming Vice President of Customer Success.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Operations Management from Drexel University.
